Mounting a 5-ton HIRT kinetics® element
An impressive HIRT kinetics® Special unit was assembled in spring 2021 in the production facilities of HIRT moving architecture® in Mollis, Switzerland for a mansion in Ibiza.
The video shows the impressive 18-meter-long frame of the window front in the assembly hall.
The entire 5,500-kg element was then shipped to Ibiza and installed in the building shell at its destination by local implementation partner Industrias Mairata in April 2021.
Three sliding glass doors measuring 6 meters by over 3 meters are integrated into the fully retractable window.
The video shows the HIRT kinetics® in motion for the first time in its new home: a modern villa at an exclusive location with a breathtaking view of the popular holiday island.
